Also in the Goloseevsky and Shevchenkivsky districts, three DTEK transformer substations were completely destroyed or damaged. There is damage to the power grid. Power engineers are already working on the ground. Most of the houses will be powered by backup power sources.
According to the mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, one entrance to a residential building in Syrets was completely destroyed. Several — were badly damaged. Rescuers are currently trying to get people out from under the rubble, their voices can be heard.
