A new suspicion under Articles 366-2, 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was reported to the current people's deputy of Ukraine. She is accused, as a person authorized to perform functions of the state or local government, of deliberately entering knowingly false information into declarations.

MP suspected of false income declaration
Investigation established that in the declaration for 2023, the people's deputy did not reflect information about the residential building in which she lives and land plots near Odessa worth more than 17 million UAH, acquired at the expense of unjustified assets.

— Note that the fact that a Ukrainian MP acquired assets that exceed his official income and savings for this period by more than UAH 20 million is the subject of investigations by SAP and NABU. On October 16, 2024, the said person was notified of suspicion under Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, — writes SAP.
Pre-trial investigation is currently ongoing, other persons involved in the aforementioned crimes are being identified.
