Belgium declares national mourning for flood victims
Belgium has declared July 20 a day of national mourning for the victims of the flood, Prime Minister Alexander de Croo wrote on Twitter.
According to the latest data, 23 people died due to the consequences of the rains, five residents of the country are considered missing. More than 40 thousand houses are disconnected from the power supply.
In the south of Belgium, railway traffic is paralyzed, and a number of highways are blocked.
