The Kremlin has not commented on the situation.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic raised the issue of a ceasefire during a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, but the Russian leader “did not show any interest”.
Vucic said this in an interview with Bloomberg.
“All the goals of the special military operation, as he said, will be achieved,” the Russian president responded, according to Vucic.
As Bloomberg journalists noted, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov refrained from commenting on this situation. Earlier, Putin stated that a ceasefire is impossible until “the other side agrees to steps that would be irreversible and acceptable” to Russia.
In addition, Aleksandar Vucic noted in an interview with Bloomberg that the next US president must achieve a ceasefire in Ukraine.
