States bordering Ukraine should support the export of Ukrainian agricultural products.
President Vladimir Zelensky stated this in an address following the results of September 15.

— Restrictive measures against our agricultural exports by the European Union have been lifted. What is important now is that European unity works on a bilateral level — with neighbors. So that neighbors support Ukraine during the war, — he said.
The head of state emphasized that it would be a win for Europe if the concluded agreements work and promises are kept.
— Well, if the neighbors’ decisions are not neighborly, Ukraine will respond in a civilized manner, — he added.
The head of state added that he held a meeting with members of the government and the Office of the President regarding further tactics for protecting treaties and free trade in the EU.
— By helping each other and defending our common freedom in Europe, including economic freedom, we strengthen everyone in Europe. And this is especially important now, in the conditions of such genocidal aggression that Russia unleashed, — he reported.
Vladimir Zelensky added that he held a new meeting of the Headquarters today.
In his address, the head of state added that regarding the situation at the front, 36 distinguished themselves -I separate brigade of marines, which “operates very powerfully in the area of Opytnoye and Vodyanoye”.
Ukrainian soldiers also work in the area of Verbovoye and Novoprokopovka.
— Today, on the eve of Rescuer Day, I congratulated the staff of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and thanked them for their courageous and selfless work. The head of state also recalled his meeting with Karim Khan, prosecutor of the International Criminal Court.

The President emphasized that responsibility must be clear, specific and fair.
— Exactly the same as the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for Putin. What the Russian dictator was really afraid of. And now he is trying not to travel outside of Russia, because might is right — it exists, and it is significant. And the world has every opportunity for the law to overcome the aggression of the gangster force, — Zelensky reported.
The Ukrainian leader added that Ukraine is preparing for important international events that are planned for the second half of September and today had several lengthy meetings on this matter.
— We are doing everything to ensure that there are significant results for Ukraine — both in new defense packages from partners, and in decisions of international institutions, — he added.
The head of state said that Ukraine is working to strengthen its institutions in order to strengthen the state’s ability to destroy oligarchic-corrupt influences, which, in particular, were used by Russia to weaken Ukraine and constantly “eat up” Ukrainian sovereignty.
The President also spoke about a broad and meaningful meeting with representatives of law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the government, the Office.
— ; We are preparing conceptual steps that will give Ukraine, our entire society, more justice, and democracy in our state — guaranteed stability, — he reported.
At the end of the address, the head of state recalled that today the Ukrainian Jewish community, together with all the Jews of the world, celebrates Rosh Hashanah. He congratulated everyone who was celebrating and wished that next year would be peaceful for all of Ukraine and all our people.
