US President Donald Trump has not yet presented a specific plan to end Russia's war against Ukraine. According to Volodymyr Zelensky, work on it will only begin in February.

I am sure that there is no ready-made plan yet. Why? Because the plan cannot be purely American. Because the war is going on here. And without our joint work, without consultations with us, I think it cannot be completed. President Trump's team certainly has some developments. I am sure that there is, because for them this is a very important issue, Zelensky explained.

According to him, Kyiv has not yet received any official proposals from Washington.

“I think that February will be the month when this work will begin. I think that President Trump is dealing with internal problems in the United States, and I think this is his priority. At least this is what we see in the public domain, and I do not have any other information,” the Ukrainian president added.

Let us add that even during the election campaign, Donald Trump promised to quickly end the war between Russia and Ukraine if he won.

After his inauguration on January 20, he publicly called on Putin to conclude an agreement, threatening tougher sanctions.

Trump's special representative Keith Kellogg said that the war could be ended within 100 days, but no official peace initiatives have been made public yet.
