The US President Donald trump has said he does not want the postponement of the presidential elections to be held in November. About it reports TASS.
The head of state explained that he would like to hold elections at the appointed time. However, trump has criticized the practice of voting by mail. According to him, he does not want to wait for the results of three months, to see what all the papers were gone, and the elections mean nothing because of this corrupt practice.
The President also explained that his words about the election misinterpreted. He just wanted to say that the election results should be known on the day of voting, not days, months or years.
Previously, trump said that the election of the President of the United States 2020 can become “the most rigged” in the history of the country. According to the President, it is connected with the possibility to vote by mail. The White house wrote in social networks: “We voted during the First world war and the Second world war, but now they use COVID in order to cheat using mail!”.
