“Over the past month, when our Armed Forces of Ukraine began to accurately hit the warehouses, and it all started with the destruction of the barracks and the command of the National Guard, the invaders began to panic. For about three weeks they simply could not get together. This month was lost,” Khlan explained.
The deputy stressed that it was the Armed Forces of Ukraine that destroyed the plans of the invaders, and Kherson residents to help this.
It will already be the third postponement of the date of the “referendum”, because, firstly, the occupiers will not be able to hold it organizationally, and secondly, the mood of Kherson residents has changed dramatically over this month – if there was despair before, now everyone understands that Kherson region will be sacked and this is already a question of a month or two,” replied Khlan.
In addition, he noted that the partisan movement in the occupied Kherson region is spreading pressure on the passportization of the invaders.
“They spread information throughout the region that when a Ukrainian takes a Russian passport, he becomes a third-class person and can immediately be mobilized, as it was in the Donbass,” the deputy said.
Khlan believes that all this in combination makes it impossible to hold a “referendum”, because the public mood in Kherson such that gives the occupiers to understand that they were going on a Russian ship.
