What's going on in the Vinnytsia region
Due to the massive missile attacks in the Vinnytsia region, a regime of total energy savings is being introduced. The head of the OVA, Sergei Borzov, said that there was serious damage at critical infrastructure facilities. Because of this, 242 settlements were left without electricity. Borzov urged local residents to treat savings with understanding.
“This is necessary so that hospitals and social institutions can operate. Otherwise, Vinnitsaoblenergo will be forced to introduce emergency shutdown schedules,” Borzov explained.
