The Ukrainian Defense Forces inflicted fire damage on a Russian airfield in the Lipetsk region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in Telegram.
— Tonight, fire damage was inflicted on the infrastructure of the Lipetsk-2 military airfield in the Lipetsk region of the Russian Federation, — the report says.
Strike at Lipetsk-2 airfield
The target of the attack was ammunition depots, fuel and lubricant storage areas, and aircraft. It is known that the airfield is home to Su-34, Su-35, and MiG-31 aircraft of the enemy's aerospace forces.

— The mission was carried out by the forces and resources of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, — the department adds.
