A truce at the demarcation line in the Donbass in General observed. Earlier self-proclaimed Luhansk people’s Republic (LPR) has accused the Armed forces of Ukraine in ceasefire violations and firing rocket-propelled grenades and small arms. The Ukrainian chief of the General staff explained the violation of “uncontrolled emotions”.
Full and comprehensive ceasefire came into force at midnight on 27 July. About it Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE agreed in the framework of the Trilateral contact group (TAG). This is the 21st attempt to comply with the agreement on an indefinite ceasefire.
