As Musienko noted, South Korea is now closely monitoring what benefits North Korea will receive from cooperation with Russia. Here we are talking not only about the transfer of technology, but also about the combat capability of Kim Jong-un's army.

I don't think that Kim just wants to help Putin, so he sent his own soldiers to die. He clearly wants some of the units to learn how to fight. We are talking about the use of drones, electronic warfare and the development of other systems that are now important on the battlefield, Musienko said.

If cooperation between Russia and North Korea expands, then assistance from South Korea will come. They do not want Kim's army to carry out various provocations on the Korean Peninsula later.

It is important that South Korea can transfer a lot of useful things to Ukraine. They produce various weapons.

South Korea has something to share. They have good artillery; they have shells and missiles; they have operational-tactical missile systems that are similar to ATACMS. They produce quite quickly and are interested in scaling up production, Musienko noted.

Recall that according to the law, South Korea cannot sell weapons to participants in various wars and conflicts. At the same time, it is known that the country helps our state with shells. But supplies go through the United States. In general, South Korea has a huge number of various weapons. For example, they have about 3.4 million 105-mm shells.
