According to foreign media, a probable attack by the Russian Federation may occur on February 16.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia does not want war in Europe, in particular against Ukraine.

He stated this during a joint briefing with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz on Tuesday, February 15.

According to him, for this, the Russian Federation allegedly made proposals for security guarantees to the United States and NATO. In addition, the president of the aggressor country accused NATO of the war in Europe, which was in Yugoslavia.

“We do not represent a war in Europe, and this is said in the context of the war against Ukraine. But you and I were witnesses of an armed conflict unleashed by NATO against Yugoslavia,” Putin said.

It is worth noting that Russia announced the completion of a number of military exercises and the beginning of the withdrawal of troops from the borders of Ukraine , but there are no signs of de-escalation from the Kremlin to NATO yet.

Recall, on Monday, February 14, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz made his first official visit to Ukraine. In Kiev, the German leader held talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky before visiting Moscow.
