Recently, facts have emerged confirming the participation of North Korean troops in the war in Ukraine on the side of Russia. The presence of a contingent from the DPRK in the war could have extremely negative consequences for our country and the West.

Despite this, partners, in particular the United States, have still not taken decisive action, but on the contrary, pretend that nothing is happening. Political scientist Nikolai Davidyuk told Channel 24 that Ukraine has fallen into the trap of political ignorance.

DPRK troops in Ukraine are a problem for all of Europe

The United States of America has never been known for its sharp and radical reactions. They must first find out everything thoroughly and only then proceed to action.

The West is trying to hold a pause. Partners are not giving Ukraine missiles, while Russia is bringing in tens of thousands of troops from another country. What if this is not an escalation? – said Davidyuk.

According to him, if North Korea enters the game, then this is the problem of all of Europe. At the same time, Europe continues to stubbornly try not to do anything, as if the problem does not exist.

Important! The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, confirmed that by November, 11 thousand DPRK troops will be ready to fight in Ukraine.

According to the political scientist, the United States will respond to the participation of DPRK troops in the war in Ukraine. However, now Ukrainian politicians need to talk about this more.

“Shout to the whole world, give more evidence to get more help for these emotions,” Davidyuk noted.

There is only one adequate reaction

However, there is a reaction from the South Korean Foreign Ministry. Seoul can send military personnel, intelligence officers and enemy tactics experts who specialize in North Korea to Ukraine.

By the way, South Korea uses NATO-standard weapons, the defense industry is thriving, and the government plans to become the fourth largest arms exporter by 2027. The political scientist assessed whether South Korea would be able to resort to such actions.

“There will be no abrupt movements in the United States until a new president is elected. Therefore, I don't think that they can now fire Tomahaw missiles at Pyongyang. Everyone is still trying to ignore it and say that there is no evidence, they didn't come, and so on. But blatant facts can do their job in the media,” Davidyuk added.
