Syrian air defense systems (AA) repelled an airstrike on the outskirts of Aleppo. SANA reports.
According to local media reports, the air defense managed to shoot down several missiles before they reached their targets. It is noted that the missiles were launched by Israel.
Israel's previous airstrike struck a week ago on strategic Syrian military targets. The attack was carried out at the T-4 airbase in the south-west of the province of Homs, near Palmyra. The air defense forces of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) went on alert and repelled Israeli missiles, but some of them nevertheless reached their target and hit targets at the airbase.
