Ukrainians who have received a fine from TCC and SP can find out whether enforcement proceedings have been opened against them through ASIP online. To do this, you do not need to visit the relevant body of the state executive service.
How to find out whether enforcement proceedings have been opened due to a fine from the TCC
According to the Ministry of Justice, it is worth using the Automated System of Enforcement Proceedings (ASIP).
On the website you can find out about the progress of enforcement proceedings in the event of a fine being imposed by the TCC. The search is carried out by your last name and first name.

Automated system of enforcement proceedings — This is a computer program that provides collection, storage, accounting, search, summarization, provision of information about enforcement proceedings, the formation of a Unified Register of Debtors and protection from unauthorized access.
Access to information from the automated enforcement proceedings system is provided by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine using an individual access identifier on its website.
Information in ASIP contains information about the time of its placement. Data search through the site is carried out using the following parameters:
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- day, month, year of birth of the debtor — individual and last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the claimant — individual;
- name, identification code in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals — entrepreneurs and public organizations for a legal entity — debtor and collector;
- number of enforcement proceedings.
