In the Kharkiv region, an administrator of pro-Russian Telegram channels who justified Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine was sent to jail.

Prosecutors proved in court that in January 2023, a Kharkiv resident received an offer to become the administrator of a number of Telegram channels, where she spread Kremlin narratives and justified Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.

In her posts, the Kremlin agent claimed that it was allegedly the Ukrainian military who were shelling civilians' homes.
The convicted woman wrote about her dreams of the speedy “liberation” of Kharkiv, identified it as a “Russian city”, praised the Russian military and called Russia “mother”.
As the investigators noted, the illegal nature of the convicted woman's statements was confirmed by the conclusion of a semantic-linguistic examination.
In court, the woman admitted her guilt in full.
— While supporting the public prosecution by the prosecutors of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the court found the citizen guilty of distributing materials with calls for actions aimed at changing the borders of the territory and state border of Ukraine, collaboration activities, producing and distributing materials that contain a denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (Part 1 of Article 110, Part 6 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Part 2, Part 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), — noted in the prosecutor's office.
Now the Kremlin agent will spend 10 years behind bars.
