Aleksey Arestovich is sure that the invaders have already mentally “surrendered” Kherson. They are even practicing retreat routes.
An adviser to the head of the President's Office suggested that the Russians were going to retreat across the Antonovsky bridge in the Kherson region.
The fact is that the occupiers are building fortifications near bridge. This is a development of engineering work for a retreat.
I am 101% sure that they mentally “surrendered” Kherson already, – said Arestovich.
Moscow realized the loss
According to Arestovich, the Russian leadership realized that they had lost. Therefore, from mid-August to November, “gestures of good will” among the Russians will increase.
The adviser suggested that there are people in the Kremlin who hope that they will be able to keep the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. They want to “bargain” them. However, Arestovich is convinced that they will not succeed.
“Given what we hear in the intercepts, they (the Russians – Channel 24) have already understood everything: the war is lost,” the official stated.
