There have already been ideas in Ukraine to disband the TCC. But for now, such a decision cannot be implemented.

People's Deputy and member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security Fedir Venislavsky told Channel 24 about this, noting that mobilization in Ukraine has many problems. But it is impossible to ensure rapid reform during a full-scale war.

What is the problem

As Venislavsky noted, as of now, there is no alternative system with the same results in mobilization processes that the TCC provides. If this structure is dissolved, it will not get any better.

The lion's share of mobilization is provided by the TCC. Therefore, any calls to destroy the system until some other effective system is in place are calls against Ukraine that harm the interests of national security, Venislavsky said.

Ukraine is working on reforms in the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces so that there are fewer sensitive cases that outrage society. But all this is a matter of time. For example, work is currently underway on passing the VLK. There are many complaints that they do not always take into account the real physical condition of a person.

Let's add that People's Deputy Yulia Yatsyk proposed disbanding the TCC. According to her, this way it is possible to additionally recruit about 10 brigades for the front. At the same time, MP Roman Kostenko is against this idea. He noted that mobilization is the basis for replenishing the army. And there should be a separate structure that will carry it out. There are individual situations with the TCC that need to be addressed. But mobilization should be systemic.
