Members of the New Popular Front call on Emmanuel Macron to appoint a person from the winning alliance as prime minister, the publication noted.

The journalists explained that they had not yet reached agreement on this issue.

In addition, representatives of the Greens voiced thoughts that the decision would be made “calmly and without haste,” trying to reach a consensus between all participants in the left alliance.

The publication recalled that during the campaign, the leader of “Unconquered France” Jean- Luc Melenchon. After all, he represents one of the main parties in the alliance.

“This scenario is not excluded, but it means that all other comrades must agree to such a candidacy,” the French press explained.

By the way, according to the results of elections to the French parliament:
