Russian propaganda is actively spreading fake news, President Volodymyr Zelensky left Kyiv amid massive missile strikes. But this information is not true.

The Center for Countering Disinformation urges:
- not to panic;
- not to create artificial excitement in grocery stores and pharmacies;
- not to spread unverified information;
