According to Ukrainian intelligence, members of the PIK Wagner mined the territory of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in Energodar. They see a certain creepy logic in this.

Andrey Yusov, a spokesman for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Defense Ministry, stated this in an interview. According to him, the “Wagnerites” are terrorists carrying out orders from a terrorist country – Russia.
Russia wants to intimidate the world
Andrey Yusov stressed that Russia has realized that it cannot intimidate Ukraine. Therefore, now the occupiers are resorting to intimidation of the whole world with the creation of a nuclear threat.
For nuclear blackmail, the Russians use the Wagner PVK. Yusov stressed that the “Wagnerites” are terrorists. Yevgeny Prigogine, the owner of the PVK, plays a special role in nuclear blackmail.
Prigogine is not a business person. He serves Putin and the top of the Kremlin. And today PIK Wagner is also located on the territory of the Zaporozhye NPP and is directly involved in that terror and crimes. In particular, it mines the territory of the station,” Yusov emphasized.
The representative of the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense noted that the desire of the invaders to intimidate the world can have the opposite effect – the international community must understand that there is only one scenario for the development of events. We are talking about the liberation of the station from the occupiers, the de-occupation of the territory of Ukraine and the return of the Zaporozhye NPP under the control of the IAEA.
Andrei Yusov explained that the Russian regular army is not trusted with such terrorist orders due to the fact that the occupiers may refuse to carry it out or require a written order. However, no one provides written instructions for such actions.
At the same time, the “Wagnerites” have little choice – to carry out criminal orders or return to prison, from where they ended up in a private military company.
These are not just mercenaries, among them in the last wave of recruiting a large number of prisoners. They have only one alternative: either do what they say, or return to serve a long term in a Russian prison. Therefore, this so-called NDP is used for such dirty deeds, but in fact it is a terrorist organization that is financed by the sponsoring state of terrorism, which is Russia today, – Yusov emphasized.
