Zelensky responded to reproaches against Tatarov and Yermak/Collage 24 channels
Often in the media space there are accusations of “seizure” of the law enforcement system by the Deputy Head of the Office of the President Oleg Tatarov. In addition, it is not uncommon to find reproaches against Andrey Yermak himself.

Adviser to the Head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak answered the most critical questions about this to journalists. He spoke about this in an interview published on July 22. To this day, discussions that Tatarov allegedly “promoted his people to positions” have not subsided yet, when the Prosecutor General and the head of the SBU were removed.
Previously, the adviser emphasized that one should not look for a conspiracy theory in the replacement of one or another leader. Indeed, in an open and civilized society, such steps are only an attempt to elect a better manager. Regarding the accusations against Oleg Tatarov, Podolyak simply cut it off that it was impossible.
In the modern world, it is generally impossible to moderate all processes by one person. Complex processes mean complex moderation. And one person will definitely not moderate all power verticals. Even if it is Mr. Tatarov, – said the adviser to the head of the OP.
He added that in the conditions of war only the president gives strategic tasks to all structures. “The problem is not that we do not understand how to move forward strategically. The question always arises at the operational level. If we see that the operating room is failing, then we need to make changes at the managerial level,” said Mikhail Podolyak.
How they responded to the reproaches against Yermak
As for the head of the Office of the President, this interview primarily spoke about the recent accusations against him, which were voiced by US Congresswoman Victoria Spartz. Podolyak first of all said that any public person, including a member of Congress, has the right to make any statements. However, he emphasized the need to make statements that have documented evidence, and not just a retelling of rumors.
I consider him an operations manager under the President of Ukraine (Yermak – Channel 24). We have a well-defined vertical. There is a president who gives his strategic vision. The function of Andriy Yermak is simple – he must either assemble a working group, or he himself moderates a group that is already developing documents, – Podolyak said.
After there is an analytical preparation of operational decisions, the president is responsible for their results . Therefore, the head of state, in any case, is directly involved or well aware of what his office is doing. The adviser added that it is not worth exaggerating or belittling the role of Andriy Yermak.
