President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky published his traditional evening address. In it, he spoke about the situation at the front, noting that counter-attack actions continue in the Kharkov region.

According to Zelensky, in the Kharkov region — direction has been strengthened, in particular Volchansk and the border areas in general.

Zelensky added that “we understand how the enemy operates, and we see a plan to delay our forces”.
