Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has released the key findings of the report by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, on the situation in Russia and its defense industry.

“We are also recording very tangible losses that sanctions are causing to the Russian economic system, which confirms the correctness of our course to force Russia to end the war by increasing sanctions and other pressure,” Zelensky wrote on his Telegram channel.
In addition, the significant damage caused to the Russian economy by sanctions confirms the effectiveness of Ukraine’s policy of increasing sanctions and other pressure aimed at accelerating the end of the war.
The President assured that Ukrainian intelligence will actively inform international partners about the data received, as well as prepare joint solutions to strengthen protection, in particular in close cooperation with Great Britain and the European Union.

Let us recall that on June 22, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the application of new sanctions by Ukraine against those collaborating with the occupier on our land.
The sanctions list includes individuals and legal entities that conduct business in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, in particular in Crimea, and also help justify aggression, consider it normal to earn money under occupation, and pay taxes to the occupier.
