On Friday , September 8, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky introduced the new head of the Ministry of Defense Rustem Umerov into the Supreme Commander Headquarters.
The corresponding decree No. 572/2023 was published on the website of the President of Ukraine.
Zelensky decided to include Rustem Umerov, who was previously appointed Minister of Defense of Ukraine, into the Headquarters.
Now watching
Aleksey Reznikov was also removed from the Headquarters.
The decree comes into force from day of its publication.
