Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky enacted a decision of the National Security and Defense Council on sanctions against nine companies. All of them are associated with Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman and his partners.
This is stated in Decree No. 739/2023, published on the official website of the Office of the President. The initiator of the restrictions was the Security Service of Ukraine.
The companies Sogeral Foundation, Haberfield Limited, Slavisilla Holdings Limited, and Dendar Investment Fund Limited were sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council for 10 years.

At the same time, restrictions are imposed for two years against the companies Alfa Finance Holdings Limited, Erasmony Limited, Rissa Investments Limited, International Distribution Systems Limited, CTF Holdings SA
