Vladimir Zelensky called on the United States to allow Ukraine to destroy Russian aircraft on its territory, as this would protect Ukrainian cities from attacks by KABs.

According to Zelensky, the Russian army was ordered to withdraw to the artillery strike zone in Kharkov.
