Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has introduced new sanctions against manufacturers of Russian drones, which the Russian army uses to terrorize Ukraine on a daily basis.
The corresponding presidential decree No. 415/2025 was published on his website on Friday, June 20.
Sanctions against Russian drone manufacturers
The new package of sanctions is aimed at individuals and legal entities involved in the development and production of Russian drones, in particular the Geran, Orlan-10, SuperCam and FPV drones.

Also subject to restrictions were suppliers of equipment for Alabuga Machinery LLC and importers of components for the sanctioned JSC Kronstadt, a manufacturer of drones, in particular a device called Banderol.
In addition, sanctions have been applied to individuals who participated in schemes to circumvent international restrictions in order to supply dual-use goods to Russia.
These restrictions come into force on the day the decree is published – June 20, 2025.
