On Wednesday, December 28, the Verkhovna Rada met for the last meeting of the year. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the people's deputies with a traditional annual message.
Prime Minister Denys Shmihal with members of the government and Valery Zaluzhny were also in the hall. The deputies greeted the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with applause.
