The President, among other things, said that over the past day there were no cardinal changes in the battle in the Donbass. The most brutal fighting continues in Severodonetsk, as well as in all cities and communities near this locality.
Losses, unfortunately, are painful. But you have to hold on. This is our state. Staying right there, in the Donbass, is vital. The more losses the enemy incurs precisely there, the less forces they (the Russian occupiers – ed. 24 channel) will have to continue the aggression. Therefore, the Donbas direction is the key to determining who will dominate in the coming weeks,” the Supreme Commander explained.
Vladimir Zelensky also recalled the painful losses in the Kharkiv region, where the Russian army is trying to strengthen their positions. He noted that the battles for this direction continue and we still need to fight fiercely, confidently fight for complete security for Kharkov and the entire region.
By the way, at the end of his address, the president also mentioned the South of Ukraine – he outlined the situation briefly , naming the priority of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction.
