For 365 days, Ukraine and the entire civilized world have been waiting for the end of the war that Russia started. Volodymyr Zelenskyy said under what conditions this can happen.
As the Ukrainian leader noted during his press conference on February 24, only when Russia stops destroying Ukrainians and Ukrainian land will it be possible to talk about the beginning seeking a format for a diplomatic end to the war.
