Rescuers are still clearing the rubble from a Russian strike on a house in the town of Chasov Yar. President Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that this is one of the most brutal attacks since the beginning of the war.

The number of victims has already increased to 48. Zelensky said this in an evening address, Channel 24 reports.
