President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a decree that put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of November 18 on the application and amendment of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions).
The corresponding decrees No. 758/2023 and No. 759/2023 were published on the website of the Office of the President.
The sanctions list includes, in particular, ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, ex-Minister Dmitry Tabachnik, ex-people's deputies Oleg Tsarev and Dmitry Svyatash, head of the occupation administration of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, head of the “LPR” Leonid Pasechnik, Russian State Duma deputy Dmitry Sablin and former Ukrainian TV presenter Yuri Kot.

Another annex to the NSDC decision indicates 100 individuals. The list also includes 37 legal entities that are likely involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories.
In particular, the non-profit organization Louis Quarter, founded by the current commissioner for children's rights of the Russian Federation Maria Lvova-Belova, was sanctioned and was subject to an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court.
The sanctions were imposed for 5 and 10 years, respectively.
