Ukraine is working on a domestic missile program to reduce dependence on missile supplies from partners, including for air defense.
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky announced this after holding the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

According to the head of state, during the Headquarters a report was heard from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and the Chief of the General Staff Anatoly Bargilevich.

— Much attention was paid to the ability to strike behind the front line. We analyzed the effectiveness of our various types of drones, as well as the tactics of the Russian army regarding drones. We assessed the effectiveness of electronic warfare and other methods of combating UAVs, — the President said.

On this topic there were reports by the Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Alexander Kamyshin, as well as First Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Gavrilyuk, and Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Digital Development Mikhail Fedorov.
Recall that the day before, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Syrsky, who is in the hottest sectors of the eastern front, spoke about the current situation and future steps to stop the enemy’s advance.
