Attack on Kharkov
On the afternoon of September 23, Russian troops launched attacks on Kharkov.
The strikes were recorded in a forest belt on the outskirts and near a cemetery, as a result of which the grass caught fire.
There were no casualties in the attack on Kharkov. According to the OVA, the exact type of weapon used by the occupiers is currently being determined.
Shelling of Zaporizhia
During the night and during the day, Russian troops shelled Zaporizhia, as a result of which there are casualties.
As a result of the night attack on Zaporozhye, the number of wounded has increased to 22. Among the injured are 13 women, seven men and two children. 27 residents have been rescued.
Two women remain in the hospital, and doctors assess their condition as moderate.

After the daytime shelling of Zaporizhzhya, a hit was recorded on a critical infrastructure facility in one of the residential areas.
According to the acting Zaporizhia mayor Regina Kharchenko, about a dozen apartment buildings, a private house and a dormitory were damaged.

Another strike hit an open area of the Zaporizhia region, but there were no casualties.
Strikes on Kupyansk
Russian occupiers launched another artillery strike on Kupyansk, killing an 82-year-old civilian woman.
At the same time, the enemy attacked the Kupyansk region. A 59-year-old resident was injured in the village of Osinovo. Residential buildings and utility rooms were damaged there.
Zelensky's visit to the USA
President Volodymyr Zelensky is on an official visit to the USA, where he will present a plan for Ukraine's victory.
According to him, the next few months will be decisive in Russia's war against Ukraine. According to the head of state, the next decades cannot be lost.

Patriot air defense missile systems from the Netherlands
The Netherlands plans to soon transfer three launchers for the Patriot air defense missile system to Ukraine, Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans said.
According to him, earlier The Ukrainian Armed Forces have been provided with a radar system for the Patriot.
He noted that the Netherlands is looking for other components to fully equip Ukraine, but some allies have encountered certain problems.
