President Volodymyr Zelensky called on South Korea to help Ukraine with weapons. He said that they have weapons that our state needs.
Zelensky: The usual rules for the supply of weapons need to be revised
The corresponding words of Zelensky were heard during an address to the parliament of the Korea, according to Channel 24. He listed the weapons that Ukraine needs to defend itself against Russia.
According to the President, Ukraine needs air defense, aircraft, tanks and artillery systems. Zelensky noted that South Korea has all this.
We need air defense systems, aircraft, tanks, other armored vehicles, artillery systems and ammunition. You have something that can be indispensable for us. You have it! Armored vehicles, anti-aircraft, anti-tank, anti-ship weapons,” he said.
Weapons are needed to save other states from unfolding aggression of the Russian Federation
The President of Ukraine stressed that “the usual rules for the supply of weapons are needed reconsider”.
Zelensky added that Ukraine needs to be provided with weapons not only to save Ukrainian cities, but also “other states from further deployment of Russian aggression.”
