Kazansky spoke about bribes in the occupied territories/Channel 24 collage
In the temporarily Russian-controlled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, men are trying to avoid mobilization.
However, the Russians who enter Ukraine and stand at checkpoints, like to cash in on others and take bribes. Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky spoke exclusively about this to Channel 24.
According to him, every man wants to avoid mobilization as best he can. There are different options:
- someone is hiding;
- others try not to live at the registration address – with relatives or friends;
- men don't even go outside.
However, there is a story where, for a bribe, you can leave this territory and get the so-called “reservation” in protection from mobilization.
This is done by those who have certain acquaintances. You can agree to go to Russia for 2-2.5 thousand dollars, where they don’t carry out such a powerful mobilization,” Kazansky said.
Therefore, some do just that, because in Russia they will not be missed on the street and not sent to war against Ukraine.
Riots are brewing in the occupied territories of Donbass due to illegal mobilization
- The Russian army began to lack “cannon fodder”, since their losses in the war against Ukraine had already reached 30 thousand.
- To make up for the losses, they decided to round up all the men in the territories of the so-called “DPR” and ” LNR”. However, the Russians have to meet with resistance. This was reported by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights, Lyudmila Denisova.
- According to her information, serious riots are brewing in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions as a result of the forced mobilization of the male population.
- It is also known about cases of skirmishes between Russian soldiers and local residents who were forcibly mobilized into the Russian army. the so-called “military prosecutor's office” is trying to suppress the protests and disperse all the dissatisfied, but this only exacerbates the situation.
