Diya has simplified the process of applying for a subsidy — now instead of 30 minutes it takes only 10 minutes.
This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
He noted that it was possible to triple the process of completing an application for a subsidy on the portal Diya.

— Previously, this took 30 minutes. Now the service can be obtained in 10 minutes by filling out 7 fields instead of 21. Most documents will be automatically pulled from the registers, there is no need to stand in queues, collect certificates and fill out long forms, — he said.
The service is available to Ukrainians who have never applied for a subsidy.
Registration of a subsidy through Diyu
This option appeared in 2021. And since then, the process of applying for subsidies through the Diya portal has been constantly improving. At the moment, most information does not need to be entered manually; it is automatically pulled from the registries.
