He invited leading politicians, scientists, diplomats and security figures to join this group. Yermak hopes that friends of Ukraine will take part in the work of the advisory group and offer knowledge and experience for the effective implementation of this initiative.

< h3> Yermak told what security guarantees should be
- The agreement between Ukraine and the guarantor states should be a legally binding document and ratified in accordance with the legislation of the guarantor states.
- Ukraine must expand its ability to resist the aggressor.
- The guarantor states must provide the armed forces of Ukraine with modern conventional weapons and military equipment without any restrictions and politically motivated obstacles. They can also commit to sharing intelligence information with Kyiv.
- Ukraine will need annual financial assistance to rebuild the country and develop the defense sector.
- Sanctions against Russia should last at least until until the aggressor withdraws its troops from Ukraine.
- The agreement should provide for the introduction of preventive sanctions in the event of a real threat of aggression.
- Ukraine should be attached to multilateral formats that will improve its integration with the international community. First of all, they talk about joining the European Union.
Pay attention! President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine will return to negotiations with Russia only after Kyiv returns all the territories, occupied after February 24, 2022.
