Aleksey Reznikov called on the international community to continue supporting Ukraine. After all, World War III began on February 24, and our state became the first battlefield of a global conflict.
He voiced this opinion in a conversation with British journalists on June 29. The Minister emphasized that it is possible to win this war if you do not stop.
Reznikov urged the world not to be afraid
The world media often publish materials that where it says that the world is afraid to supply many of the types of weapons to Ukraine. Like, they don’t do it so as not to merge Putin. However, the head of the Ministry of Defense emphasized that such fears are no longer appropriate in today's realities.
Do not feel any fatigue. Continue support. Don't be afraid of some new level of escalation with the Russians. Since quite honestly, the third world war began on February 24 of this year. It's absolutely fair and it's real life, – said Alexei Reznikov.
He also explained a few rather important things that we are the first battlefield. “If we do not resist, the next battlefield will be in the next European countries,” the minister said. However, he also called on the entire civilized world not to be afraid, because we are winning this war together.
