The mobilization of women in Ukraine was not planned and is not planned, said the head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, Andriy Kovalenko.
He noted that all statements on this topic are unfounded and make no sense.
Women's Mobilization in Ukraine Is a Fake
“The mobilization of women was not planned, and is not planned – all talk about it makes no sense at all,” Kovalenko emphasized.
At the same time, he noted that such narratives are actively promoted through Russian agents and so-called “talking heads.” According to him, such fakes appear almost every week.

Kovalenko also drew attention to individuals who, according to him, work in the interests of the aggressor country.
In particular, he recalled that Aleksey Arestovich is under sanctions, his YouTube channel is blocked, and he is acting as part of a Russian information campaign.
As for journalist Yulia Latynina, Kovalenko called her part of the Kremlin information machine that works for a liberal audience.
Russian intelligence services, he said, traditionally promote such characters among liberals to collect data and exert influence.
Let us recall that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine explained who is affected by mobilization and what responsibilities are imposed on citizens during its period of operation.
