The US House of Representatives approved a federal budget to finance government authorities, which does not provide assistance to Ukraine.
The bill will allow the United States government to operate for another 45 days.
For the draft law 335 members of the House of Representatives voted when 91 — against.

The measure received overwhelming support from Democrats; dozens of Republicans voted against.
The document was adopted less than 10 hours before the government shutdown began.
The next step is for the US Senate to approve the document.
The Senate must vote on Saturday afternoon for the proposed stopgap measure.
And although Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell initially said, back when the bill was advancing in the House of Representatives, that Republicans would not allow it to be brought to the floor for a vote, McConnell subsequently confirmed that Senate Republicans would support the House bill.
If the Senate does not approve a short-term budget by October 1, the United States will enter a shutdown, a period while the country's government stops working. In a negative scenario, the shutdown for the US government will begin at 07:00 Kyiv time.
The principled position of US senators regarding their reluctance to vote for the bill of the House of Representatives (where Republicans dominate), since it does not contain funds to support Ukraine. However, since this bill is temporary, changes can be introduced within 45 days that will change the future budget of the United States.
However, for now, in fact, the Senate must choose — block the work of the government, or cede aid to Ukraine.
