Ukraine will decide whether to file a lawsuit in the International Criminal Court (ICC) against North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, taking into account how North Korean troops behave on the battlefield.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an interview with a journalist from South Korea.

The journalist asked the head of state that, given that the ICC had previously issued an arrest warrant for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin for the kidnapping of Ukrainian children, is Ukraine planning to file a lawsuit against the North Korean ruler for essentially becoming an accomplice to aggression RF.

— We will make a decision after the combat use of the North Korean army against the citizens of Ukraine. But if South Korea supports our corresponding paths, I think, together with our allies, we are ready to take the corresponding steps, — said Vladimir Zelensky.
The head of state also said that Ukraine plans to exchange North Korean prisoners of war for Ukrainian citizens if North Korean troops are captured.
Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky said that the ICC arrest warrant for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin cannot completely correct the situation, but it has deprived the Russian dictator of the opportunity to travel to most countries.
