Will the Russians transfer some of their troops to the Kursk region: Svitan assessed the events in the direction of Anzhelika Galesevich

The Russians will have to transfer additional forces from the Eastern Front due to a possible operation by the Defense Forces in one of the areas. Let's assume we are talking about 100 thousand military personnel.

This opinion was expressed to Channel 24 by military expert, pilot instructor, retired colonel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Roman Svitan, noting that the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi may prepare a rather unexpected strike in other directions.

What decision should Ukraine make in the near future

The Russians are pressing towards Sudzha, because they understand that the main parts of equipment, ammunition and personnel pass through this area.

But the Ukrainian military is conducting forming attacks in 3-4 key directions. But in a week or a week and a half, the General Staff must select one operational area for a strike, where the Russians will have the fewest troops concentrated.

The operation of our soldiers will force the Russian headquarters to make a decision on the deployment of an army operation in this direction, which means the transfer of troops from the Eastern Front.

They can transfer up to 100 thousand if they stop the offensive actions on the Eastern Front. Or rather, they will have to do this. If not, the further advance of our troops can only be stopped by the Seim River, which runs in the area of Kurchatov and the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant. The pressure will continue, – noted Roman Svitan.

What unexpected things can Syrsky prepare

The military expert suggested that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky may have several more directions for a strike on his table, for example, towards Bryansk and Kursk.

And in general, an operational breakthrough can begin in any area from the Kinburn Spit to the Bryansk region. Also, do not forget about occupied Transnistria. Especially now, when there is a crisis with gas and electricity.

If discontent develops into certain actions on the territory of the republic, then we can help to liberate this part to restore the territorial integrity of Moldova, – explained Svitan.

The Ukrainian military will be able to take several thousand Russian soldiers prisoner, as well as tens of thousands of tons of ammunition to carry out combat missions in the Kursk region.

Interesting! One of the largest ammunition depots in Eastern Europe is located in occupied Transnistria. According to various estimates, there may be from 19 thousand to 21.5 thousand tons of ammunition there.
