Why were Belarusians taken to Russia for training: Kostenko suggested what they would be taught

On January 15, the Belarusian military was sent to exercises in Russia, where they will learn from the experience of the surviving occupiers in the war in Ukraine. However, this is unlikely to be the Kremlin’s real goal.

People's Deputy, Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, SBU Colonel Roman Kostenko commented to Channel 24 on the Belarusian teachings in Russia. According to him, Vladimir Putin is very afraid that Minsk will take a “wrong turn.”

“The Russians are not so much interested in transferring the practical experience of the SVO, but rather they need to zombie the military personnel, in particular, the Belarusian army,” Kostenko noted.
