Why the Russian Federation does not strike with Calibers for a long time – an explanation from the Navy

Russia was forced to redeploy missile launch vehicles from temporarily occupied Crimea to Novorossiysk, but the logistics that service them remained in Sevastopol, so there is no way to load missiles on board ships.

Speaker of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmitry Pletenchuk stated this on the air of the United News telethon.

“That’s why we are seeing such a big pause in the use of Calibers. The enemy was faced with a lack of logistics. They cannot load Calibers in Novorossiysk. Accordingly, until they solve this problem, they will not be able to use them,” he explained.

That is, in order to load missiles, ships must enter Sevatopol, but now, according to Pletenchuk, this is very dangerous for the invaders.

The long pause in naval strikes against Ukraine is also due to the fact that Russian troops continue to stockpile missiles for winter attacks, he added.

As the day before, as of the morning of November 13, there was one Russian ship each in the Black and Azov Seas.

In Novorossiysk, where the Russian Federation has relocated launch vehicles, there is no logistics for loading Calibers.
