Russians fail to take the “road of life”/Channel 24 collage
Russians almost every day try to seize the Lisichansk-Bakhmut highway. However, they still fail to do so.

There are several reasons for this. They were voiced on Channel 24 by Alexander Musienko, head of the Center for Military Legal Research.
According to him, the Russians cannot expand their forces in this direction as much as before.
- That is, if before that they could attack in several directions at once, now they are on it there is not enough resource.
- In addition, a powerful Ukrainian group is located there.
Now we see that they have concentrated their activity on the direction of Peski and Marinka. And the second direction is Bakhmut. There, the invaders gathered all the forces attacking the settlements, Musienko explained.
However, the expert stressed that the Russians have no opportunity now to completely take control of the Lisichansk-Bakhmut highway.
The Russians tried to attack in the Donbas: what is happening there
As of August 10, the main combat actions are concentrated in the East and South of Ukraine. In the Donbass, the enemy attacked in several directions.
- Thus, the enemy carried out assault operations in the directions of Novoluganskoye – Disputed, Vladimirovka – Yakovlevka, Stryapovka – Soledar. Withdrew unsuccessfully.
- In the Avdiivka direction, the areas near Maryinka, Avdiivka, Poprosnoy, Peskov, Pervomaisky, Nevelskoye, Petrovsky, Netailovoe and Krasnogorovka were shelled. Enemy ground attack aircraft operated near Krasnogorovka and Maryinka.
- In addition, the Russians tried to resume the offensive in the Donetsk-Peski direction. The fighting continues.
- Also attacked in the direction of Mineralnoe – Avdiivka and Spartak – Avdiivka. The enemy failed and withdrew with losses.
