On the air of Channel 24, military expert Petr Chernik explained why the Russian occupiers could use them.
According to the expert, the enemy speaks directly about his goals. After all, the Russians have repeatedly stated that they are ready to strike at decision-making centers. Further, we must understand what is at stake.
In my opinion, our capital remains in the most threatening state. And also, without exception, the administrations that are on the territory of Ukraine, – said Petro Chernik.
“I mean the military-civilian administrations of regional significance. In the end, it is not so important what kind of objects they will be,” – Chernik added.
According to him, the important thing is that the enemy will not stop and Vinnytsia is a direct evidence of this.
“When they cannot solve their problems on the battlefield according to a simple principle – to inflict a fire defeat on the army, then they resort to their old, like the world, even Horde tactics – terror and intimidation of the local population,” the expert summed up.
