For more than a year, general mobilization and martial law have been going on in Ukraine. According to the law, those liable for military service must, upon a call, that is, after the delivery of the summons, appear at the TCC for military registration.
The Ministry of Justice explained whether an authorized person of the Territorial recruitment and social support center has the right to stop people and check documents.
Who can check documents
“No. Authorized representatives of the National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Guard, the State Border Service, the State Customs Service, the State Customs Service and the Armed Forces, specified in the commandant's order, have the right to check documents,” the message says.
That is why the practice has been formed when TCC employees, together with police representatives, hand over subpoenas.
